Laura Alin

Laura Alin currently serves as the Director of Client Success at both Captello and Lead Liaison, contributing expertise in cloud-based marketing and sales automation solutions. Laura held the role of Senior Client Success Manager at Personify from December 2020 to February 2023, enhancing customer experiences and relationships, while previously leading the establishment of the Customer Success department at MemberClicks as a Senior Client Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Laura’s early career includes roles at WebLink International, the Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce, and Honest Tea, where skills in client relations, project management, and operations management were developed. Educational qualifications include an International Baccalaureate Degree from Springbrook High School and further studies at the University of Maryland and the University of Maryland Global Campus.
