Sabrina Gigante

Sabrina Gigante has extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee experience, serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at Captify from May 2021 to September 2023, and as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition prior to that. Previous roles include Digital Recruitment Lead at Oliver Wyman, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Wunderman, and Senior Recruitment Consultant/Head of Client Services at Cogs Agency. Sabrina also worked as an Executive Assistant/New Business at Partners Andrews Aldridge. Currently, Sabrina is pursuing a Diploma of Education in CIPD, focusing on People Management and Talent Strategy at Avado, with an expected completion in September 2024.
