Chuck Vivian has a diverse work experience in the medical devices industry. Chuck most recently worked as a Commercial Executive for an independent company starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Acting Chief Executive Officer for ALTA-Connect from 2021 to 2022. Chuck also founded Cogency Business Development Group, LLC in 2018, where they provided custom solutions for client challenges. Before that, they co-founded and served as the Principal Consultant for Cogency Group, Inc. from 2004 to 2017, focusing on MedTech business development and executive leadership. Chuck also worked as the Executive VP for the Americas at Computer Motion in 2002 and held various positions, including VP of Sales, at US Surgical from 1984 to 2001.
Chuck Vivian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Chuck also holds a Coaching Certificate from the Association of Talent Development.
