Ken Lin

Ken Lin has a diverse work experience in the field of QA and automation engineering. Ken is currently working at Caption Health as a QA Automation Engineer. Prior to this, they worked at Terumo BCT as a Senior QA Engineer, where they executed QA on SW applications for embedded medical devices using manual and automation testing. Ken also built a Python/PyTest BDD test automation framework from scratch for use by all embedded software development teams.

Before that, Ken worked at Levels Beyond as a QA Automation Guy and at ThinkTank Collective Intelligence Software as a Senior SDET. Ken was responsible for automation testing and played a key role in ensuring the quality of software applications.

Earlier in their career, Ken served as a Software Developer in Test at Comcast Technology Solutions (formerly thePlatform) and as a Senior QA Automation Engineer at SpotX. In these roles, they led test automation teams, developed automated tests for web apps, web services, and backend servers, and designed and built automation testing frameworks and infrastructures.

Ken started their career at Avaya as a Test Engineer, Test Automation expert, and Traffic Analyst. Ken performed telephony and network traffic and performance data collection and analysis. Additionally, they worked hands-on in testing labs, setting up IP telephony servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure.

Ken also has experience as a Software Developer at Northfield Trading LP and Microstar Trading, where they worked on developing software applications.
