Richard Benson

Richard Benson has extensive work experience in various roles related to brand experience, graphic design, and user experience. Richard is currently working as the VP of Brand Experience at Caption Health since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Teladoc Health as the Director of User Experience from July 2020 to January 2022. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Director of UX at InTouch Health. In the past, they worked as the Owner and Graphic Designer at MooseDesign, where they handled web and print projects for various clients. Richard also worked as a Senior Designer at Colorado vNet, managing luxury home automation branding and sub-branding. Additionally, they worked as a Web Designer at CDG Solutions and as a Graphic Designer, New Media at Halifax Corporation. Richard has demonstrated skills in branding, web and print design, project management, client relations, and usability testing.

Richard Benson earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and Illustration from Virginia Commonwealth University from 1993 to 1997.
