Tyler Wellman

Tyler Wellman has extensive experience in the field of machine learning and imaging science. Tyler is currently working as a Machine Learning Engineering Manager at Caption Health since March 2022. Previously, they held the role of Machine Learning Engineer at Genentech from July 2021 to February 2022.

Before that, Tyler worked at Invicro, A Konica Minolta Company, where they served as Associate Director, Oncology from May 2020 to September 2021, and as a Senior Imaging Scientist from August 2014 to May 2020.

Tyler's career began with their role as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Boston University in September 2013, followed by a position as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital from January 2013 to September 2013.

Tyler pursued their Ph.D. in Pulmonary Imaging and Bioengineering Laboratory at Massachusetts General Hospital as a Graduate Research Fellow from May 2008 to January 2013.

Tyler Wellman attended Boston University from 2008 to 2013, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical Engineering.
