Mara Dilts

Mara Dilts currently serves as a Community Manager at Captions, where responsibilities include launching and executing community strategies and engaging with the creator community. With prior experience as Community Engagement Manager at Picsart, Mara successfully managed a super user program and fostered relationships with online creators. Additionally, Mara has held roles such as Operations Associate at Northwell Health, Manager at Anthropologie, and various positions with Santa Cruz Shakespeare, demonstrating a strong background in community management, operations, and customer service. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Film and Television Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in History, both from the University of Warwick and an additional education from Richmond, The American International University in London.
