Theja Suresh is the current Head of Product at Captiv8. Prior to their current role, Theja worked as a Senior Manager of Product Management for MarTech at Yahoo from April 2015 to February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for marketing technology, marketing automation, and growth marketing. Before their time at Yahoo, Theja worked as a software engineer for Outlook.com and Calendar team at Microsoft from July 2008 to March 2015. In this role, they worked on the front end, back end, protocols, presentation and business logic layer of Outlook.com and Calendar service using C++/C#/JavaScript/SQL/CSS/Perl script technologies. Prior to their time at Microsoft, Theja worked as an engineering intern at Motorola Mobile Devices from June 2007 to August 2007 where they developed and designed an application called Push-To-Map for Motorola phones on a Linux-Java platform that enabled users to send coordinates to another user requesting it, pulling up a real time map on the phone with the received coordinates. Theja also implemented a new feature for Push-To-Talk that incorporates GPS to allow communication of location and real time mapping using C,C++.

Theja Suresh pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from New York University after completing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University.
