Nigel Campbell

Nigel Campbell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Captivate Technology since May 2023, Nigel previously held the role of Senior Advisor at Toitū Envirocare and contributed to Tourmaline Oil Corp as a Senior Advisor for Carbon and Sustainability Solutions. At Tourmaline, contributions focused on emission reductions, carbon capture, and renewable energy initiatives. With a background that includes senior management positions at Modern Resources Inc., as well as multiple roles at Shell, Nigel possesses a robust expertise in operations, regulatory affairs, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies. Educational qualifications include a BEng, MEng, and MA in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, with ongoing leadership development through the Global Institute for Leadership Development and graduation from the Creative Destruction Lab in Melbourne in 2025.
