Jenna Mahannah is a seasoned marketing professional with diverse experience spanning various roles in content development, marketing management, and community relations. Currently serving as a Marketing Content Developer at Captive Resources, LLC since June 2023, Jenna previously held positions such as Content Marketing Manager at Maverick and Community Relations Manager at Conexus Insurance Partners. Jenna's background also includes significant experience in franchise training at Jimmy John's, where responsibilities involved educating franchise owners and management. An education in Public Relations and Journalism from Eastern Illinois University laid the foundation for Jenna's career, which started with roles in promotions and social media at the university's radio station and health education center. Other notable experiences include a Resort Activities Intern position with American Hospitality Academy and revenue control responsibilities at Rockford Park District.
