Katherine Haennicke is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and risk management. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel of Enterprise Risk Management at Captive Resources, LLC, Katherine has previously held significant roles, including Assistant Vice President of Legal Regulatory Operations at Community Choice Financial and General Counsel at Citris Finance, LLC and Mynt USA LLC. Katherine also has a strong background in anti-money laundering and financial crimes compliance, having worked as Managing Director at CIBC US and Director of AML Compliance at PLS Financial Services. Earlier in career, Katherine served as Senior Counsel and Vice President at BMO Financial Group, advising on AML and economic sanctions matters. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in International Business and Trade Law and a Juris Doctor, both from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Knox College.
