Kelly Gillman has a diverse work history in the field of risk control, health, safety, and environmental management. Kelly currently holds the position of Vice President of Risk Control at Captive Resources, LLC. Prior to this role, they worked at The Learning Care Group as a Senior Field Health and Safety Manager from 2015 to 2021. Before that, they were a Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager at Graphic Packaging International from 2013 to 2015. Kelly's earlier experience includes working as a Health and Safety Specialist at Cintas from 2009 to 2013, where they played various roles including curriculum design, training delivery, compliance advising, and program development. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in creating instructional courses, implementing safety programs, and decreasing recordable incidents for a wide range of companies. Additionally, they have organized employee events, charity events, and achievement celebrations.
Kelly Gillman's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa, which they earned from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Monmouth College in 2005 and 2006, but did not complete a degree or field of study there.
In terms of additional certifications, Kelly obtained various qualifications. In 2013, they became a Heartsaver Instructor from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association. In 2012, they obtained OSHA 510 from the National Safety Council, Food Safety certification as a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor. In 2010, they obtained OSHA 511 from the National Safety and Education Center. Additionally, they became a Basic Life Support Instructor from the American Heart Association in 2009. It is not specified when they obtained OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 Hour certifications.
