Rachel Ross is an experienced professional in program management and strategic operations, currently serving as an Associate Program Manager and previously as a Senior Program Coordinator at Captive Resources, LLC since May 2018. Prior experience includes roles at Swiss Re from October 2014 to May 2018, progressing from Technical Associate to Senior Technical Associate and Strategy and Operations Analyst. Rachel also managed a student exchange program at Drake University: Uganda Service Learning, achieving significant budget reductions and managing travel logistics. As the founder and president of Drake College of Business and Public Administration Ambassadors, Rachel showcased leadership by hosting presentations and facilitating committee meetings. Additional experience includes data analysis and outreach roles at Clean Energy Trust and Swiss Re, along with early career work as a hostess at J. Alexander's Restaurants. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management from Drake University, and has studied at both the Universidad de Granada and Makerere University.
