Susan Brown is an experienced Program Manager at Captive Resources, LLC, since October 2012, overseeing the management of two group captives with over 275 members, 50+ brokers, and $250 million in premium. Responsibilities include underwriting coordination, review of new business submissions, proposal development, and collaboration with the captive manager on premium issues and Board materials. Prior to this role, Susan Brown worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. from June 2003 to October 2012 as a Casualty Placement Specialist, where duties involved developing, negotiating, and executing casualty insurance programs across various lines of business. Educationally, Susan Brown holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Albion College, completed in 2003.
