Vincent Martini has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Vincent started their career at Continental Bank as a Senior Financial Analyst, providing accounting and analytical services. Vincent then moved on to Boulevard Bank, where they worked as a Financial Reporting Manager, overseeing the consolidation and reporting of financial information. Martini later joined LaSalle Bank as a Senior Planning Analyst, preparing and analyzing financial information for monthly performance reports. Vincent then worked at Celtic Life Insurance Company as the Director of Insurance Accounting, where they handled monthly financial reporting and budgeting. Martini further expanded their expertise at Aon as the Director of Financial Reporting, responsible for preparing monthly financial reports and managing a team. Currently, they are Vice President - Finance at Captive Resources, LLC, where they educate shareholders on captive insurance company finances and liaises with finance chairpersons.

Vincent Martini completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, attending the institution from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at North Central College and completed the program in 1996.
