Kevin Lai is an ERP Technical Consultant at Captivea since February 2023, where responsibilities include architecting ERP solutions and designing scalable workflows to meet customer needs in invoicing, supply chain management, and sales, along with conducting full lifecycle software development. Previously, Kevin worked as a Clerk at Publix Super Markets from February 2020 to June 2023, managing inventory and enhancing customer-facing product displays to boost efficiency and sales. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Software Development & Computing Technology from Valencia College, completed in 2022.
