Brad's earlier experience includes roles as a Marketing Manager at Multilink Inc. and a Graphic Designer for several companies, where they honed their ability to transform complex ideas into compelling campaigns. Educated at Lorain County Community College, they earned multiple associate degrees in business and marketing.
