Ken Carter

Ken Carter has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years. Ken currently holds the position of Director of IT Infrastructure at CAPTRUST since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure from 2020 to 2022, and Manager of IT Infrastructure from 2017 to 2020. Before joining CAPTRUST, Ken held the position of Team Lead of Server Engineering & End-User Support from 2016 to 2017 at an undisclosed company. Ken started their career as a Senior Data Storage Administrator at CAPTRUST from 2010 to 2016.

Earlier in their career, Ken worked as an IT Manager at Phillips Architecture from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they were an IT Analyst at Cisco from 2004 to 2006, and served as a Help Desk Technician at GlaxoSmithKline from 2000 to 2004. Ken began their professional journey as a Lead Help Desk Technician at Business Telecommunications Inc from 1999 to 2000. Ken also gained experience as a Supervisor at UPS from 1997 to 1999.

Ken Carter attended Campbell University from 1994 to 1998, where they focused on studying trust management. There is no mention of him obtaining a degree during this time.
