Jens Schwarzer

Jens Schwarzer has extensive experience in software engineering and consulting roles. Jens has worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Capture One since 2023 and previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they were the Owner of marchv from 2017 to 2023. Jens also worked as an Independent Consultant at Demant in 2019, Oticon from 2018 to 2019, and Jabra in 2018. Jens has a background in iOS development, particularly in Bluetooth Low Energy technology, as a Lead iOS Developer at Oticon A/S from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they have experience as an Owner at marchv from 2013 to 2016. Jens co-founded Cortrium in 2013 and worked as a Co-owner and Co-founder until 2015. Jens also held the role of Software Developer at Cortrium from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, Jens worked at Nokia in various roles from 2001 to 2013, specializing in embedded software and protocol development for mobile phones, particularly in positioning technologies.

Jens Schwarzer received a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Informatics from DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Gladsaxe Gymnasium. In addition, Jens obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2012.
