Gurkan Karagoz

Gurkan Karagoz has been working in the software industry since 1990. Gurkan began their career as a Software Developer at Meteksan Sistem, where they worked for over 6 years. In 1996, they joined Yeni Çizgi Bilgisayar as an Image Processing Developer and became Co-Owner a year later. In 1997, they founded GGSoft Yazılım Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti., where they designed software and led the development team for more than 6 years. In 2005, they founded Digiform Yazılım A.Ş., where they created the first high tech local document management solutions provider in Turkey. Gurkan also developed various software technologies for Digiform, including Digiform Forms Processing software, Digiform Advanced Imaging software, Digiform Decentralized scanning software, Digiform Recognizer, Digiform Smart Capture, Digiform Mobile Capture, and Digiform Cognitive Capture. Gurkan also invented the Digiform Smart Scanner, the world's fastest smart scanner. In 2018, they founded CaptureFast Inc. as a subsidiary of Digiform, where they serve as Founder and CEO.

Gurkan Karagoz attended the Turkish Military Academy from 1988 to 1990, studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Gurkan then attended Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University from 1990 to 1996, studying Math. Finally, they received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Anadolu University from 1996 to 2000.
