Jacob Emil Opstrup

Jacob Emil Opstrup is the current Chief Revenue Officer at Capturi. Jacob was previously the Director and co-founder of peel foods, a company on a mission to make lunch interesting for office workers across London. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Opstrup has also been a Project Leader at BCG, a thesis student at Novozymes, and a Summer Intern in Research & Sales at Danske Markets. In addition, they are a Co-Founder of HomeFood Delivered Ltd and a case competition winner and finalist at BCG, Novozymes, KPMG, Dong Energy, and Lufthansa.

Jacob Emil Opstrup has an elite educational background, having studied at some of the top schools for finance and economics. Jacob began their career at Aarhus University in Denmark, where they studied mathematics, economics, history, English, and Spanish. Jacob then went on to study at the University of Sydney in Australia, where they obtained a degree in finance and economics.
