Johnny Lathrop

Johnny Lathrop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and media. Currently serving as a Leadership Solutions Executive at Capturing Kids' Hearts since August 2017, Johnny focuses on training educators to foster strong relationships with students. Prior to this, Johnny held the position of Regional Vice President/Chief Revenue Officer at Townsquare Media from April 2009 to April 2017, achieving significant revenue growth and employee engagement. Johnny also served as Vice President/General Manager at iHeartRadio from 1995 to 2009, earning recognition as a top sales producer. Earlier in their career, Johnny was a Program Director and DJ, gaining experience in music direction and production management. Johnny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Communications-Radio-TV from Stephen F. Austin State University.
