Nicole Depuy

Nicole DePuy is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles across prominent financial institutions. Currently, Nicole serves as the Head of Human Resources at Capula Investment Management LLP, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this, Nicole was the Head of Human Resources at Eisler Capital from October 2020 to October 2024. Nicole's extensive experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at J.P. Morgan from March 2011 to October 2020, and as Vice President in Human Resources at both Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2010 to 2011 and 1998 to 2010, respectively. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Economics, Marketing, and Math from William & Mary.
