Dan Koike

Dan Koike is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and human resources. Currently serving as a Board Member at Capy Japan Inc. since June 2020, Dan oversees the entire Japanese team and is involved in business development, finance, accounting, HR, and administration. As the Executive Director of Aerial Partners Inc. since December 2017, Dan focuses on developing data management tools tailored for Web 3.0. Previous roles include HR Manager at Wantedly, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed hiring, training, and cultivating company culture, alongside promoting recruitment marketing. Dan's career began in the startup environment, where foundational organizational strategies were established. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Keio University, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
