Jennifer Cram

Jennifer Cram is an experienced technical documentation professional with a strong background in various industries, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Documentation at CAQH since May 2023. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for generating innovative content and aligning product roadmaps with documentation plans. Prior to CAQH, Jennifer held the position of Technical Writer 4 at WEX, where responsibilities included creating and maintaining partner-facing documentation for health benefits product lines. Jennifer also worked as a Senior Technical Writer at Stratasys, producing comprehensive documentation for 3D printer products, and led teams in technical publications at Digi International. Earlier career experience includes creating regulatory-related documents at OakRiver Technology. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from the University of Minnesota.
