Jennifer Lux, PMP

Jennifer Lux, PMP, has extensive experience in marketing and communications roles. Jennifer is currently working as the Director of Product Marketing at CAQH, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Anthem, Inc. as the Director of Member Engagement Marketing from August 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Anthem, Jennifer served as the Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing & Operations at Change Healthcare from August 2017 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, collaborating with various teams, and managing payer marketing team operations.

From February 2015 to July 2017, Jennifer worked at McKesson Health IT as a Communications Manager. Jennifer led the communication strategy and execution for the sales organization pre-company merger. Jennifer also developed integrated marketing communication plans for major programs and events.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as a Communications Specialist at McKesson from January 2013 to January 2015 and as a Marketing Communications Program Leader at GE Energy from December 2010 to December 2012.

Jennifer began their career as a Public Relations, Events, and Sales Support Coordinator at Five Star Bank from January 2006 to October 2010. Jennifer played a crucial role in designing and building the Communications Department following a merger of four financial institutions.

Jennifer Lux, PMP has a diverse education history. Jennifer obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University, completing their studies between 2002 and 2006. Jennifer furthered their education in 2012 through 2013 at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where they earned a certification as a Certified Health Coach. Their studies in this period focused on Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies in general.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer holds relevant certifications. Jennifer completed the Certified Accelerated Learner program offered by Cheetah Learning in May 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2021.
