Al Rogers possesses extensive experience in the engineering, manufacturing, and beverage industries. Since August 2018, Al Rogers has served as the Owner and Sales lead at CAR Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc. Prior to this role, Al Rogers operated the Rogers Beer Company from October 2010 to December 2020, specializing in contract beer production known for high-quality craft beers on the east coast. Al Rogers also held the position of Account Manager at Bodycote from December 2012 to August 2018, focusing on customer service and outside sales. Earlier in their career, Al Rogers was the Vice President at CAR Engineering from August 2000 to May 2010.
