Micha Roon is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation across various sectors, particularly in the blockchain and decentralized computing fields. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha previously held significant roles including Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq. As the founder of managination, Micha emphasizes creating dynamic and reliable software development processes. Micha’s prior positions include Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, and advisory roles with multiple organizations focused on blockchain technology. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has furthered education in fintech and project management.
