Anisha Hullihen, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success, Account Management & Support at Car IQ Inc., where Anisha oversees the client experience for a fintech startup focused on vehicle payment technology. As the owner and CEO of AHspire Consulting, Anisha helps organizations adopt human-centered strategies in customer engagement. Previously, Anisha held leadership roles in customer success at various companies, including Propeller Industries and Corvee, achieving significant revenue growth and client retention improvements. Anisha's educational background includes multiple MBA degrees and a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Additionally, Anisha is a founding mentor at Women in Customer Success™️ and is involved in real estate education.
