Vivek B.

Vivek B. serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cara Care since 2023, leading the company's exit to Bayer AG and driving the development of consumer-facing Digital Therapeutics to enhance value in Bayer's global Consumer Health business. Prior to this role, Vivek held the position of CFO for Germany and Denmark at Gorillas from 2022 to 2023, where responsibilities included managing a P&L exceeding $500 million. Vivek's experience also includes roles in strategy and transactions advisory at EY-Parthenon (2020-2022), capital advisory at JLL (2017-2020) and Cushman & Wakefield (2016-2017), and investment banking at Nomura (2013-2016). Vivek holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Finance and Strategy from Macquarie Business School.
