DeRondal Bevly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and leadership development. As the Founder and Managing Director of RubyRose Strategies since April 2016, DeRondal has focused on assisting small and medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and non-profits in crafting and distributing their messages. Additionally, DeRondal serves as a Fellow at Leadership Greater Chicago, is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago, and was a partner with Social Venture Partners Chicago from 2013 to 2019. Previous roles include Director of Communications for Fritz Kaegi's campaign for Cook County Assessor, consultant at Serafin & Associates, and Manager of Strategic Development at Hillard Heintze. DeRondal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Western Michigan University.
