Heather Ronnow

Heather Ronnow is the current Director at Cara Collective. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President, People and Culture at FreshRealm for 2 months. Heather has also served as the Chief People Officer at Central Coast Agriculture, Inc. for 1 year where they were responsible for building employment practices and infrastructure, pandemic management, and scaling up employee base (90% growth to 300+).

Before Central Coast Agriculture, Inc., Heather was the Chief Human Resources Officer, Grecian Delight | Kronos at Kronos Foods Corp. for 3 years and 4 months. In this role, they were the executive leader of HR and EHS teams and guided M&A and transaction support, merger integration, organizing activity response, and optimization of functions as employee base grew 110% to 800+. Heather was also responsible for building solid employment practices with integrated diversity, equity and inclusion components and employment brand strength.

Heather’s experience also includes serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer, Sullair, a Hitachi Group Company at Sullair, LLC for 2 years and 1 month.

Heather Ronnow attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where they received their Juris Doctor (JD) in 1988. Heather also attended Loyola University of Chicago as an undergraduate, receiving their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in 1985.
