Lauren Feldman

Lauren Feldman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Lauren currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Cara Chicago. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Director at District Management Group from October 2021 to August 2023. Before that, they held the position of Director of Strategy at Chicago Public Schools from April 2019 to October 2021. Lauren also has experience working at McKinsey & Company, where they served as an Engagement Manager from February 2017 to April 2019, an Associate from September 2014 to January 2017, and as the Global Curriculum & Instruction Manager at Generation Initiative from February 2017 to January 2018. Lauren started their career as a Teacher at Teach For America from August 2009 to May 2011. Additionally, Lauren has previous experiences as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company, a Director of Finance and Operations at ReNEW Schools Charter Management Organization, and a Summer Intern at the Clinton Global Initiative.

Lauren Feldman completed their Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University between 2005 and 2009. In 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Kellogg School of Management, which was completed in 2014. Prior to their undergraduate education, they attended Cheshire High School from 2001 to 2005.
