Maryam Arbaboon, MA, LCPC, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Manager of Participant Health & Wellness at Cara Chicago since October 2017, where previous roles included Individual Development Specialist and Volunteer Mental Health Counselor. Prior to this, Maryam held the position of Qualified Mental Health Professional at Belmont Crossing of Lakeview from November 2016 to March 2023. Maryam also gained valuable experience as a Counselor Intern at The Cara Program from August 2015 to July 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland (2009-2013).
