Since 1988, we have successfully developed over 1,200 units of affordable housing throughout New Jersey, including 400 homeownership units. We partner with various non-profit groups and service providers to develop affordable rental and home ownership projects for New Jersey’s most vulnerable populations. Through hard work, diligence, and teamwork, we make a difference in the communities that we serve. As experts in the field, we know how to collaborate with Federal, State, and Local entities to accomplish a spectrum of projects, ranging from new construction to rehabilitated structures. Our award-winning projects have been recognized by Federal, State, and Local governments, as well as community-based groups.
