Ralph Vaccaro is an accomplished information technology executive with extensive experience in directing IT operations across multiple pharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as Executive Director of Information Technology at Cara Therapeutics since April 2019, Ralph Vaccaro leads initiatives focused on innovation, cloud technology, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Ralph Vaccaro held various positions at Achillion Pharmaceuticals from 2001 to 2019, culminating in the role of Senior Director, where responsibilities included managing technology infrastructure and developing comprehensive IT strategies. Ralph Vaccaro’s career began at Cadus Pharmaceutical and OSI Pharmaceuticals, showcasing a strong foundation in desktop support and network administration.
