Bill brings extensive experience in the development, implementation, and management of properties and resident service programs for Carabetta’s properties throughout the Northeast. He oversees compliance with governmental rules and regulations for our tax credit properties. He works to increase the value of our portfolio by maximizing property values through repositioning and refinancing.
