Violetta Nespolo has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Violetta started their career at Juventus Football Club in 2016, where they worked as a Partnership Activation specialist for global partnerships and corporate revenues. In 2017, they joined Interbrand as a Strategist, where they worked for two years until 2019. During this time, they gained expertise in brand strategy and development. In 2019, Violetta joined Caracol AM as the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, where they played a crucial role in pushing the limits of Additive Manufacturing on scale, shape, and materials. Violetta also worked as the Head of Marketing for Caracol AM before leaving the company. Currently, Violetta is working at Landor & Fitch as a Manager of Brand Performance, where they are responsible for optimizing brand strategies. Their experience showcases their expertise in marketing, strategy, and brand development.

Violetta Nespolo has an extensive education history. Violetta obtained their Master of Arts degree in Journalism from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY, graduating in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing Management at Università Bocconi from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, Violetta also studied Health Care Management & Policy at Keio University in Tokyo.

Violetta completed their Bachelor's degree, a BSc in Economia e Management per Arte, Cultura e Communicazioni, at Università Bocconi from 2012 to 2015. During this time, they also studied Marketing and Citizen Relationship Management at Fudan University in Shanghai in 2014.

Violetta's education journey began at the International School of Turin, where they completed the International Baccalaureate program from 1997 to 2012.

Additionally, Violetta has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they received the ECDL certification from AICA, Bocconi SEDIN centre. Violetta also obtained the Diploma of the International Baccalaureate in 2012 from The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Furthermore, they earned the DELE certification from Instituto Cervantes in 2011.
