Taylor Selman is currently serving as a Harm Reduction Service Coordinator at Caracole, focusing on outreach, HIV testing, and education for high-risk populations. Previously, Taylor worked as a Regulatory Submissions Coordinator at Medpace, managing essential documents for clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Scripps Gerontology Center, contributing to the Ohio Nursing Home Family Satisfaction Survey, and serving as a Course Co-Facilitator at Miami University, facilitating dialogues on diversity and social issues. Taylor has also interned at the NYC Department for the Aging and the Ohio Department of Aging, engaging in public health research and service improvements for older adults. Educational credentials include degrees in Public Health and Gerontology from Miami University, as well as participation in the Summer Public Health Scholars Program at Columbia University.

We are the Greater Cincinnati region’s AIDS service organization devoted to positively changing lives in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Caracole provides safe and affordable housing, case management and pharmacy services for those living with HIV. Our prevention outreach provides screenings, safer sex and safer injection materials and overdose prevention education to reduce the risk for HIV. Through powerful partnerships, innovative programming and unwavering advocacy, we are a relentless force for health equity in our community.
