Brianna Braden

Brianna Braden, SPHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in various senior HR roles. Brianna is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Caraday Healthcare since December 2019. Prior to this, they served as the HR Division Director and Interim HR Division Director at the Texas Association of School Boards from April 2019 to February 2020. Before that, they were the VP of Human Resources at FirstCare Health Plans for five years, where they implemented talent assessment programs and improved employee satisfaction. Brianna also has experience as the SR. VP of HR at Harden Healthcare, LLC, where they provided leadership and strategic direction for all HR functions. Brianna has also worked in HR roles at NetSolve, YClip, and Capstar Broadcasting. Overall, Brianna Braden has a strong background in HR management and has successfully implemented various HR strategies and initiatives throughout their career.

Brianna Braden, SPHR, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. Brianna has also obtained a certification as a Certified Mediator from the Central Texas Dispute Resolution Center in 2019.
