Mike Bartley is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across various sectors, including technology, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Caraffi since April 2022 and concurrently holding a role in Talent Acquisition at Informa since April 2025, Mike has successfully led the end-to-end recruitment process for high-profile clients in the UK. Prior to this, Mike worked as a Talent Partner for FORM3, focusing on hiring senior engineers in Canada and international markets, and at Toyota Connected Europe, where the focus was on building a technical engineering team. Experience at Harvey Nash Group involved talent acquisition for senior appointments and full-stack JavaScript engineers, while earlier tenure at Walton Robinson provided foundational skills in lettings. Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Northumbria University, completed in 2018.
