Monique Sobota has worked in the restaurant industry for over two decades, holding various positions at Buffalo Wild Wings such as General Manager, Operations General Manager, Kitchen Manager, Hospitality Manager, Shift Leader, and Hourly Team Member. In January 2022, Monique transitioned to Safelite as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, eventually being promoted to the Senior level.
