Alison Lecocq

Alison Lecocq is currently the Responsible for Production at Carambar & Co since May 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Responsible for Production of Fries/Flocons at Lutosa from September 2017 to May 2022, where Alison Lecocq managed a production team, oversaw the commissioning of equipment, and drove continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Alison Lecocq worked at McCain Foods as an Assistant Process Manager and completed an internship focused on line optimization. Earlier roles included customer service positions at E. Leclerc and Intermarché, as well as internships in a pharmaceutical setting and food production. Alison Lecocq holds a Master 2 degree in Food Product Design and Industrialization and a Master 1 in Nutrition and Food Sciences, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Cellular Biology and Physiology.
