Celine Lavraie has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Celine started their career as a Training Officer at CNP Assurances in 1998. Celine then worked as a Consultant in Training and People Development at Groupe IGS Formation Continue from 1999 to 2001. After that, they briefly worked as a junior Consultant at Boyden in Sydney, Australia in 2002.
Celine then transitioned to a role as a Training & Career Development Manager at CB Richard Ellis in Paris, France from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they worked as a People Development Manager at GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals in Belgium from 2006 to 2008.
In 2009, Celine joined both Danone and Mondelēz International. At Danone, they served as a Change Manager from February 2009 to June 2009. At Mondelēz International, they held multiple roles including HR Manager Research Development & Quality from July 2009 to September 2012, HR Business Leader - Sales Other Channels from September 2012 to July 2015, and Labor Relations Manager from July 2015 to April 2017.
Most recently, Celine worked at Carambar & Co as a Responsable Ressources Humaines & Relations Sociales from May 2017 to January 2020. Celine then took on the role of Responsable RH - Développement / Formation / Marque Employeur from February 2020 to February 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Responsable Développement Humain & Engagement at the same company since February 2021.
Throughout their career, Celine has accumulated extensive experience in various aspects of human resources, including training and development, change management, labor relations, and employee engagement.
Celine Lavraie has a diverse education history. In 1992-1996, they obtained a Maîtrise des Sciences de Gestion (MSG) degree from the Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, specializing in Ressources Humaines et Droit (Human Resources and Law). Following that, in 1996-1997, they attended IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management, where they earned a DESS (Diplôme d'Études Supérieures Spécialisées) in Gestion des Ressources Humaines (Human Resources Management) and a Diplôme Universitaire en Management Relationnel (University Diploma in Relational Management), focusing on knowledge in different theories of personal development such as AT, MBTI, and PNL.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Celine has also obtained several certifications. Celine became a certified Professional Coach from the Centre d'Etudes de l'Ennéagramme in November 2020. Furthermore, they achieved the status of Praticien Ennéagramme from the same institution in 2011. Moreover, in June 2021, Celine obtained a Certificat in Animation de groupes en Codéveloppement professionnel et managérial (Certificate in Professional and Managerial Group Development) from the Centre Européen du Codéveloppement (CECODEV).
