Marie Gérard

Marie Gérard has extensive experience in management and operational roles in the industrial sector.

Marie currently holds the position of Manager of Operational Excellence at Carambar & Co, starting in October 2021.

Prior to this, from 2001 to 2021, Marie worked at Faurecia, where they held various roles and responsibilities. These include serving as an Industrial Program Manager from August 2017 to September 2021, overseeing cross-functional teams and managing a budget of 7 million euros. Marie also worked as a Unit Autonomous Production Manager from July 2012 to July 2017, leading a team of 120 employees and focusing on production line organization and team development.

Before that, Marie held roles such as Injection Methods Engineer, Logistics Methods Engineer, New Project Industrialization Pilot, Logistic Shopfloor Manager, and Lean Manufacturing Manager, all of which contributed to their expertise in areas such as project management, process optimization, and team leadership.

From 2000 to 2001, Marie Gérard studied at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. During this time, they pursued a DESS MLIT degree in Management Logistique et Ingénierie des Transports. Their field of study revolved around Management, Production, and Logistique.
