Gloria

Gloria Ma currently serves as Head of Design at eBay’s Caramel division, a position held since March 2025, while also being a Co-Founder and Head of Design at Caramel since February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Creative Director and Associate Creative Director at Fair.com from April 2019 to February 2022, where Gloria managed comprehensive design and brand marketing initiatives. At TrueCar, Inc. from 2016 to March 2019, Gloria held the role of Associate Creative Director, overseeing art direction for various media. Earlier roles include Sr. Art Director and Sr. Designer at RAPP from 2009 to 2015, working with prominent clients such as Toyota and Bank of America. Gloria holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Advertising from the Academy of Art University.
