Head Of E-commerce at Caran d'Ache

India Valla-Mothes has a diverse work experience in the field of e-commerce and digital marketing. India started their career as a Marketing & Web Content Specialist trainee at Air France KLM from December 2014 to September 2015. India then moved on to work at Caran d'Ache, where they held various positions and responsibilities.

From October 2015 to April 2019, India worked as a Digital and E-Commerce Coordinator, responsible for coordinating direct e-commerce sales and acquisition campaigns across 10 countries. India'srole involved project management, website content management, newsletter creation, online communication, and brand visibility. India also managed social media accounts, digital ambassadors, customer databases, and advertising production.

From May 2019 to March 2021, India worked as an E-Commerce Coordinator, reporting to the Head of E-Commerce. India'sresponsibilities included website revamping, opening a new e-commerce country, coordinating digital campaigns, managing e-commerce performance, and coordinating customer service.

From April 2021 to December 2021, India held the position of E-Commerce Project Manager, reporting to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. India led direct e-commerce sales across 10 countries, managed web projects, implemented e-commerce strategies, improved UX/UI, resolved bugs, and coordinated customer service.

Currently, India is working as the Head of E-Commerce at Caran d'Ache since January 2022. In this role, they lead direct e-commerce sales, defines growth strategies and KPIs, identifies business opportunities, launches strategic initiatives, and manages a team of three people.

Overall, India Valla-Mothes has gained significant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, project management, content management, and customer service coordination throughout their career.

India Valla-Mothes pursued an education in economics and management, specializing in hypermedia and communication. In 2009, they earned their Bachelor's degree, completing both the first and second years at Université Blaise Pascal in Clermont-Ferrand. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, they studied at Université Grenoble Alpes, earning a Licence 3 in Information-Communication, focusing on the study of communication and media. In 2012, they enrolled at IAE Savoie Mont Blanc and obtained a Master's degree in Economics and Management, specializing in hypermedia and digital communication from 2012 to 2013. Continuing their studies in the same field of interest, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2013, where they completed a Master's degree program in economics and management, with a specialization in digital communication and media/multimedia. In 2013, they returned to IAE Savoie Mont Blanc and completed another Master's degree program in Economics and Management, with a specialization in hypermedia and communication, concluding in 2014.

In February 2022, India Valla-Mothes also obtained a certification as Contentsquare Certified from Contentsquare.
