Taisuke Mino

Taisuke Mino is a co-founder of Starlings Lab, formerly known as Carapace Finance, since August 2023, where efforts are focused on developing blockchain technology for worldwide credit risk management, including the design of the Carapace protocol, the first insurance for crypto loans on a blockchain. Prior to this, Taisuke served as Head of Engineering at Deel Japan from May 2022 to August 2023, contributing to a credit risk management application built on innovative technology developed during a tenure at South Park Commons. Taisuke also held the position of Head of Engineering at Yontsu, leading frontend application design and system management from January 2016 to August 2023, and was a member of South Park Commons from February 2021 to May 2022, specializing in blockchain. Previous roles include CEO of Swarm, Inc., focusing on mobile wallet development, and Software Engineer at ICOVO AG, where Taisuke advanced fraud protection systems. Early experience includes a marketing role at DeNA. Taisuke holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Design Thinking from Keio University.
