Lauren Esrock

Lauren Esrock has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with extensive experience in brand strategy and customer experience. Lauren recently served as the VP and Head of Customer Experience at Made Renovation and as the Chief Executive Officer of a stealth company. Prior to that, Lauren held senior director positions at Marriott International and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where they led the development and implementation of brand strategies and managed global guest experiences. Lauren also has experience in consulting and financial analysis from their roles at The Boston Consulting Group, Jefferies & Company, and Bear Stearns.

Lauren Esrock completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management at The Wharton School from 2003 to 2007. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued their MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
