Alicia Ehlen

Clinical Director at Caravel Autism Health

Alicia Ehlen has extensive experience in the field of autism services, starting in 2005 as a Senior Therapist at Wiebusch and Nicholson Center for Autism. Alicia then worked at Caravel Autism Health as a Diagnostician and Lead BCBA from 2014 to 2018 before joining InBloom Autism Services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Alicia returned to Caravel Autism Health in 2019 as a Lead BCBA and later transitioned to the role of Clinical Director in May 2021.

Alicia Ehlen earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2007. Alicia later pursued a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University, completing their studies in 2012. Most recently, Alicia obtained a BCBA degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2016.
